I would have to disagree with your assessment of the middle photo. It does indeed put the emphasis on shape.
 

Well, although the middle photo does emphasis shape, it does not emphasis the shape of the subject.
 

After further reading and discussion, it seems that the second and third photo classify more as shape, and the first falls more into the classification of form. . . I guess I was getting a head start on project 2.
